In Villa Aquamare your meeting’s management team will be personally attended by our Resident Manager to coordinate all aspects and details for your meetings. Our work is to make sure that your event runs flawless and effortless.
Everything will be taken care of for you, from land transportation, catering, in villa services, audio-visual equipments, entertainment and more. Just tell us what you want and we will be happy to comply.
You can bring your own audio visual equipments or if you prefer, we can provide all the equipments for your business sessions for an additional cost.
We know that great food complements every special occasion; our prestigious Chefs can cater your group from elaborate buffets style set ups to table services, cocktails and after meetings parties.
The Villa Aquamare compound offers the alternative of having small private meetings or large gathering meetings. You can choose to have private meetings in each villa with customized services or have your entire group get together for general meetings and presentations in one villa.
After a long day of meetings and brainstorming, the attention goes to the private Beach Park, the ideal setting for after working gatherings. Your group will relax and enjoy the sunset sipping cocktails or feasting culinary delicacies to the rhythm of Caribbean beats.
Villa Aquamare has the most elegant and comfortable rooms and suites in all Virgin Gorda. Each villa has 3 Master Suites, 1 Jr. Suite and a double room, that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Your clients or working team will find in each room all commodities and amenities of a 5 star hotel.
